Memberships & Class Schedule

All classes are donation-based or you can choose to buy a membership. Memberships do expire  3 months after the date of purchase. Membership includes fitness classes only. Any expenses associated with adventures are in addition to the membership.

Class Description: Strength, Cardio, Yoga & Meditation starts with a high-intensity strength and cardio workout followed by yoga and a closing tea ceremony meditation to get you in shape and keep you centered. This class is constantly changing, drawing attributes from kickboxing, mat pilates, Insanity, yoga, and bodyweight strength training to tone your body and build cardio. We can scale the intensity of every workout to match each member's age, fitness, or technical ability so that you get a great, safe workout every time.
